for cytology is quick, easy and cheap. We can see the cells plus get
a culture.

Skin test for TB or Histoplasmosis
might help, but if it is one or the other, he is likely to have such a
profound cutaneous response he may actually ulcerate and lose some skin.
Tread carefully here
