Physical findings

• Heart reveals no murmurs or third sounds. 
• Cardiac PMI is in the midclavicular line.
• Lung fields are clear and there is no dullness to percussion.
• There are no abdominal masses and no organomegaly.
• Mildly diminished pedal pulses, more noted on left.
• Xanthomas are seen about both eyes.

The EKG is done.
