due to a localized lesion or

is it multifocal?

Is it principally neural or
is there a muscular component?

If it's neural, is it primarily
central nervous system or is there a peripheral nerve element?

If it's neural, is it primarily
a problem of gray matter or white matter?
Although you probably have some
ideas as to diagnosis, we're not ready to generate a differential diagnosis
yet. Lab and radiology will help a lot.
