  • His chest X-Ray needs an explanation. 
  • Bronchoscopy is most likely the ticket.
  • Serum cortisol is up and this needs evaluation.
  • What's with his potassium and could the low value lead to a cardiac arrhythmia?
If we're persuasive with his HMO, maybe we can get him admitted over night, and
  • talk him into a bronch for tomorrow morning, plus
  • get an AM and PM cortisol and other tests while he's here.
  • better get an abdominal CT to see what's with his liver
