presence of nodal involvement runs the classification all the way to stage
IV.

Therapies are individualized,
based on additional evidence of spread and clinical symptoms.

May include external beam radiation
of whole pelvis.

May include some form of chemotherapy:
cisplatin, etopside, bleomycin, mitomycin-C, 5-fluoruracil

Offer help in the form of a
support group.

Follow up will consist of a
more extensive work up for mets.

Periodic evaluation for recurrence.

Especially monitor renal function.

The husband? Exam for HPV related
lesions.

It would be most unlikely to
have any involvement of her children with HPV related conditions.
