The presence of nodal involvement runs the classification all the way to stage IV.
  • Therapies are individualized, based on additional evidence of spread and clinical symptoms.
    • May include external beam radiation of whole pelvis.
    • May include some form of chemotherapy: cisplatin, etopside, bleomycin, mitomycin-C, 5-fluoruracil
  • Offer help in the form of a support group.
  • Follow up will consist of a more extensive work up for mets.
  • Periodic evaluation for recurrence.
  • Especially monitor renal function.
  • The husband? Exam for HPV related lesions.
  • It would be most unlikely to have any involvement of her children with HPV related conditions.
