Mr. Conrad's initial physical findings:
  • Vital signs:
    • BP: 118/64 mmHg
    • Pulse: 92 and regular
    • Temp: 99.2
    • Resp: 24 regular and without labor
  • HEENT: 
    • PERLA
    • Nasal mucosa smooth without ulcers or obvious bleeding, a few superficial blood vessels seen.
    • No neck masses
    • Throat clear, with pale mucus membranes.
  • Chest sounds clear, with a few peripheral wheezes.
  • Heart sounds are WNL, no murmurs or third heart sounds.
  • No abdominal masses, bowel sounds present.
  • Some mid-line low back tenderness.
  • Peripheral pulses equal and strong.
  • No motor or sensory deficits peripherally.
