anemia
.
- Her white count is technically
normal, but with a chronic inflammatory problem one might expect it to be

Concerning the arthritic symptoms:
- Get a physical therapy
consult and
- Have a
resting splints
made for her to use at night.
- Start her on aspirin.
Her anemia, could be anemia
of chronic disease, the lab will help:
- Get a baseline
iron and iron binding
and possibly a ferritin.
- Follow her to see if
treatment with aspirin improves things once the inflammatory reaction cools
down.
