of the information we have supports the assertion that Mr. Weiser's liver
is sick.

History: Alcohol
intake, easy of bruising, confusion. The abdominal pain and vomiting, however,
still points to something with the gastrointestinal tract.

Physical:
Icterus,
spider angiomas, palpable spleen, possible fluid wave of the abdomen.

Abdominal
CT: "Ratty" looking liver and enlarged
spleen. (Why is the spleen enlarged?)
