    • BP = 122/82 mmHg
    • P = 82 and regular
    • R = 16, regular and without labor
  • PERLA (pupils equally reactive to light and accommodation)
  • Pale mucus membranes.
  • Mild bilateral tonsilar enlargement.
  • Heart sounds WNL, no murmurs or third heart sounds.
  • Chest clear to auscultation.
  • No breast masses to palpitation.
  • No abdominal organomegaly, good bowel sounds.
  • Good reflexes bilaterally.
  • Strong peripheral pulses, no clubbing of digits.
