malignant melanoma to 2 (of 8) axillary lymph nodes.

It appears the primary was removed
but discarded with no pathology review.

His neurological exam is normal,
so no head CT is called for.

His chest and abdominal CTs
do not reveal evidence of systemic metastases.

His blood work is non-contributory.
What now?

Waiting and seeing.

Periodic evaluations for evidence
of systemic disease.

Chemotherapy and/or immune stimulators
are used only with proven systemic disease.
