Note the inflammatory infiltrate at the margins of the tumor. As for the tumor, there are several possibilities for it’s origin. There is kind of a squamous quality to the cells, raising the possibility of lung. On occasion breast can even look like this. It’s likely not renal cell, melanoma or testicular. |
