This tutorial would never have come to be were it not for lots of help.

Thanks especially to all the wonderful and supportive staff at Bloomington Hospital.

Whenever I needed an X-Ray, an image or  movie, someone was right there. Advice was as close as a phone a call. Although many gave generously of their time, there are several who deserve special mention.

Dawn Miller and Tim Pittman in the Media

Services department consistently and quickly came through with many of the photographs and movies that add so much to this tutorial. Their cheerful help and 'can do' attitude was just what the doctor needed on many occasions. Bruce Riley in the Radiology department has never missed a beat. Whenever I need an X-Ray or scan, he's always right there. Thank you Bruce. For this unit, I got wonderful, and absolutely essential, instruction from Melissa Terrell in the vascular lab on how to interpret venous ultrasounds. Also, Sandy Siefers, Bloomington Hospital's Anticoagulation Clinical Pharmacist, was most helpful in detailing the problem of drug interactions in Coumadin therapy.

I can't say enough about the wonderful support I always get from the Teaching and Learning Technology Laboratory here on the IU campus. A special thanks goes to Kathryn Propst for consistently finding those little javascripts that make all of these units so interactive. Thanks also to the Indiana University for financial support in the form of a High Speed Internet Technology grant.

Last and certainly not least, thanks to Dr. Valerie O'Loughlin for painstakingly proof reading every line of all of these exercise.
