It seems that a lot of the strings in Mr. Harvey's endocrinologic cat's cradle are being jerked around. 
  • Cushing's syndrome certainly appears validated.
    • physical findings
    • elevated ACTH
    • loss of diurnal cortisol cycle with elevated values
  • Cushing's syndrome would explain his recently developed diabetes.
  • But, is the ACTH coming from the pituitary?
  • What's with the elevated aldosterone level?
