Physical exam
  • BP = 124/74; P = 82 and regular; R = 16; T = 98.4F
  • HEENT within normal limits.
  • Chest clear to auscultation, heart sounds normal.
  • No breast masses or tenderness.
  • Abdomen is soft with no organomegaly or masses.
  • Peripheral pulses strong and symmetrical.
  • No peripheral edema
  • Neurological within normal limits.
  • Pelvic exam:
    • perineal skin within normal limits
    • no vaginal ulcers or areas of abnormality
    • uterus small and symmetrical
    • no ovarian enlargement
    • exophytic, eroded lesion of cervix
