  • Vital signs
    • T = 98.8
    • P = 94 and regular
    • BP = 132/74 mmHg
    • R = 16 and regular
  • Pupils equally reactive to light and accommodation.
  • Pale  mucous membranes.
  • Chest clear to auscultation.
  • No abdominal masses, bowel sounds WNL.
  • Strong and equal peripheral pulses.
  • No localizing neurological signs.
  • Mildly enlarged prostate to palpation.
  • Trace positive occult blood on the stool remaining on the cloves.
