Mr.
Martin seems to be in no acute distress and appears his stated age of 48.
-
Blood pressure is 128/80 mmHg.
-
Pulse is 88 and regular.
-
Respirations are 20 and without
evidence of labor.
-
Temperature is 101.8 F.
Basic physical findings:
-
HEENT (head, eyes ears, nose
and throat) are unremarkable.
-
Lung fields are clear to auscultation.
-
Heart sounds are normal, there
are no murmurs or third heart sounds. PMI is in the mid clavicular line.
-
Abdominal exam reveals no organomegaly.
-
Mild lymphadenopathy is noted
in the right inguinal area.
-
Two red
macular lesions are noted on the right leg. The largest is 6 cm in
greatest dimension.
-
No localizing neurological signs,
reflexes are appropriate.
