confusion,
abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting.

He's icteric, has gynecomastia
and has little "spiders" on his chest.

Alcoholic brother.

Palpable spleen and possible
abdominal fluid wave.

Stool positive for occult
blood.
The story so far adds up to
