  • esophagitis
  • gallbladder disease
  • coronary atherosclerosis with classic angina
  • variant (Prinzmetal's) angina
  • silent gastric ulcer with perforation (air under diaphragm)
  • lung related problem (?) tumor, infection, embolus
The issue of concern here is that Mr. Raymond's recent episode of chest pain is not related to exertion
  • He has multiple risk factors for coronary atherosclerosis.
  • Dietary history would be helpful with the gallbladder and GI related conditions.
