Chest pain such as Mr. Raymond describes can be serious. As I am sure you know, there are a number of possibilities. Here are just a few.

It's a good idea to get some tests started while we continue Mr. Raymond's interview. The following have been ordered and while these are being done, let's get additional history and start the physical exam.
