Microscopic Appearance of Kaposi's Sarcoma

Here we see a skin biopsy in which the dermis and subcutaneous tissue is largely replaced with the malignancy. Note the numerous odd shaped vascular channels and extravasaton of red blood cells into the surrounding tissue.
