- Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the left lung.
- Extensive metastatic involvement of mediastinum.
- Numerous metastatic lesions of: brain, liver, bone, kidney and contralateral lung.
- Extensive scaring of apex of left lung consistent with radiation therapy response to the primary tumor bed.
