• Both brothers can easily be helped with factor concentrates as needed.

• Affected kids are not put on a daily or maintenance dose of concentrate.
• They're treated as needed when they have a bleed or surgery.
• Affected kids often need counseling or at least contact with their own kind.
• As teens, they can really get pissed-off about their lives and take up the most outrageous hobbies and sports. Think about your own teenage years.
• Can you imagine a way in which a girl with Hemophilia A or B might be conceived?
• It does happen even though this is a sex-linked condition.
