  • These kids are sick. They're fatigued, often with serious infections. They feel like hell.
  • They may limp and even have been initially evaluated for juvenile arthritis because the bone pain is missed diagnosed as joint pain.
  • Extra-marrow involvement can be part of the Pre-B cell malignancy, even though it is most often associated with the Pre-T cell lymphoma.
    • Lymph nodes,
    • Spleen,
    • Liver,
  • CNS involvement is also possible, both brain and meningeal.
    • Headache,
    • Vomiting,
    • Nerve palsies are often associated with meningeal disease.
